Your selections include designs that may require on-site installation. On-site setup, installation, repurposing, teardown and rentals are quoted separately based on the scope of your event.
What does this number mean? This is a planning range, not a formal quote. Final pricing is shaped by flower varieties, seasonality, availability, design scale and mechanics. Specialty or highly requested blooms may move the final proposal toward the upper end or beyond it.

Delivery & Travel: Delivery is included within 20 miles of Luverne. Beyond 20 miles, travel is calculated at $1.00 per round-trip mile beyond the included area. Multiple locations, venue transfers, or return trips may require additional travel fees.

Installation & Event Labor: Normal floral design labor is included in the floral pricing above. On-site installation, setup, repurposing, teardown and rental retrieval are quoted separately based on the scope of the event. Rentals are also priced separately unless specifically noted.

How does that starting range feel?

This helps me know how to approach your proposal and where we may want to prioritize.

Reserving Your Wedding Date

For weddings more than six months away, your date may be placed on a tentative hold with no immediate payment required. A 25% retainer is due six months prior to the wedding date to officially reserve your date and floral services with Hive & Co. The retainer will be applied toward your final floral balance.

The retainer is fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the wedding date. The retainer becomes non-refundable within 45 days of event, as Hive & Co. is reserving your wedding date and may decline other events or floral work for that date.

While your date is tentatively held, if Hive & Co. receives another inquiry for the same date, you will be given the first opportunity to officially reserve your date by submitting the 25% retainer within 7 days.

Final floral details, quantities, delivery arrangements, and design selections must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the wedding, with the remaining balance due one week prior to the wedding date.

Please note: A tentative hold does not guarantee availability until the retainer has been received. Proposal pricing may be adjusted prior to official booking based on flower costs, availability, or changes to the requested services.
