Party Planning & Set Up

TIER I

$120

Includes:

4 Hours of Service

  • Consultation (1 hour, split into two calls): We discuss your event’s overall vibe, review your décor, and share creative ideas and layout options.

  • Setup (2 hours): Styling tables, placing centerpieces, and arranging décor for a cohesive, polished look.

  • Frame TV Digital Photo Setup: A curated slideshow of your chosen photos or event theme is displayed on your Frame TV (or compatible screen) to create a personalized, welcoming atmosphere.

  • Teardown (1 hour): Packing up décor and resetting the space.

Client provides décor at least 2 days in advance.

TIER II

$210

Includes:

7 Hours of Service

  • Consultation (1 hour, split into two calls): Discuss theme, color palette, and event vibe

  • Research & Curation (2 hours): Source décor ideas, create a custom shopping cart for client approval

  • Supply Options: Client may purchase and deliver items 2 days in advance or we purchase items with payment required immediately

  • Setup (2 hours): Style tables, place centerpieces, and arrange décor for a cohesive look

  • Frame TV Digital Photo Setup: Curated slideshow displayed on Frame TV (or compatible screen)

  • Teardown (1 hour): Pack décor and reset space

TIER III

$400

Full-Service Experience

    • Refill beverages and food

Floral Arrangements

  • Invitation design – ($30 + cost of supplies)

  • Customized signage – approx. 2 hours (depends on scope)

  • Photo printing/enlargements – ($30 + cost of supplies)

Decor Enhancements

  • Balloon Arch or Backdrop Setup – ($30 per hour of set up)

Holiday Home Styling

TIER I — $60

2 hours of service (client provides supplies and decor)

  • Tree base up by client prior to scheduled appointment

  • Light stringing, ornaments, tinsel, ribbons, etc.

TIER II — $120

4 hours of service (client provides supplies and decor)

  • Set up tree base

  • Light stringing, ornaments, tinsel, ribbons

  • Take down at the end of the season

Business/Full-Service

Priced by custom quotes

  • Starting at $200, depending on size and décor supply

Optional Add-Ons

  • Mantel or table styling – $40

  • Entryway vignette – $30

Holiday Card Services

Tier I - Design-Only $40

For clients who want their card digitally created but will print and send on their own.

  • Includes: 2 design proofs + final high-res file (for upload to Canva, Shutterfly, etc.)

  • Add-ons: extra revision round (+$10), or matching return-address label design (+$10)

Tier II - Design & Print $60

For clients who want their card digitally created, printed, and delivered to them. This does not include addressing out.

  • Includes: design + printed cards + envelopes, 2 design proofs + final high-res file (for upload to Canva, Shutterfly, etc.)

  • Cost of card added per card (once printing costs are factored in)

  • Add-ons: extra revision round (+$10), or matching return-address label design (+$10)

Tier III - Full-Service Holiday Mailer $80 for 50 cards

For clients or small businesses who want a hands off holiday greeting card season. Let us handle everything — design, printing, addressing, stuffing, stamping, and mailing.

  • Includes: design + printed cards + envelopes, 2 design proofs + final high-res file (for upload to Canva, Shutterfly, etc.)

  • Cost of card and postage added per card (once printing costs are factored in)

  • Add-ons: extra revision round (+$10), or matching return-address label design (+$10)

Each design comes with a digital copy to post to social media.

Porch-Pot Arrangements

Welcome guests with seasonal curb appeal. Hive & Co designs custom porch pots filled with winter greens, berries, pinecones, and festive accents to complement your home or business décor. Each arrangement is thoughtfully styled for warmth, texture, and timeless charm — perfectly balancing rustic and refined.

Options:

  • Mini Porch Pot (for small entries or side doors) – starting at $45

  • Standard Porch Pot (classic entry size) – starting at $60

  • Statement Pair (2 large pots or urns for double-door entries) – starting at $100
